We want you to love your shades, but if you're not 100% satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging included to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Refund or Exchange
Decide if you would like a direct refund to your original payment method or a store credit to pick out a different pair of sunglasses.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original case, and affix the label to the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
